Types: Three sizes: 05 (Extra-Fine); 07 (Fine) and 10 (Broad). No medium? Fine is what most would call 'medium'; and Extra-Fine merely 'fine'.

Why?
Thickness of ink causes smudges when our hands touch it. Also, ink seeps though thin papers. Not recommended for official documents.

I actually find the Pilot G2 tends to get a little spotty in the ink department with prolonged use. I have a lot of problems with the ink not coming out so smoothly after a few months, so I make a point never to use them. As far as Pilot pens go, the hi-tec c pens are much better.
Most Targets now sell a 0.38 G-2.
